How long will my order take to arrive?

1 to 5 business days. No shipments or deliveries on weekends and local public holidays.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

My order was returned, what do I do?

Refund for entire order amount including shipping. A fee of 200 kr / 20 EUR / 20 USD is deducted for return shipping and related costs.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

The package is returned automatically. Refund for entire order amount including shipping. A fee of 200 SEK / 20 EUR / 20 USD / 20 GBP is deducted.

What is your return policy?

Return any unused product within 14 days for a refund. Terms and conditions apply.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

No. Orders cannot be canceled or adjusted once processed.

How can I change an order that's already been placed?

You cannot adjust an order once it has been processed.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

Check tracking information in the shipping email. If issues persist, contact via the contact form.

If my package is damaged, what do I do?

Take photos of the damage and contact via the contact form or chat.

How do I use a promotional code?

At checkout, click Add promo code, enter your code, and click Apply. Only one coupon code per order.

Is my payment secure?

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments with secure encryption and strict banking standards.

What's inside the Starter Set?

MultiMist, USB-C charge cable, 5 x True Tan capsules, Discovery Set (Free gift) 4 x capsules of each treatment to try and find your favorite, cleansing drops.

How do I use my MultiMist?

Insert a capsule and press the spray button. See the How to use page for details.

How do I change and use different capsules with my MultiMist?

Remove the capsule from the MultiMist and insert another capsule. Save remaining liquid for later or recycle empty capsules as plastic.

Can I leave my capsule in the MultiMist between applications?

No. Remove the capsule and store separately. The silicone stopper keeps it sealed.

How, and how often, should I clean my MultiMist?

Clean semi-weekly or when switching from True Tan. Add 1–2 cleansing drops to the empty holder and spray to cleanse. Wipe exterior with a wet cloth.

Do I need to charge my MultiMist before use?

No. It comes precharged.

How long is the warranty valid and what does it cover?

One year. Covers manufacturing defects. Does not cover misuse.

Can I travel with my MultiMist & capsules?

Yes. Capsules are 5 ml (below the 100 ml/3.5 oz limit). Remove the capsule before travel.

How long is the battery life and charging time of my MultiMist?

About 30 minutes of non-stop use, roughly 50–60 applications. 90 minutes to fully charge.

My MultiMist has stopped spraying, what should I do?

Clean the nozzle and device. Use cleansing drops in the empty holder and spray to cleanse. If it persists, contact support with your order number and a video.

My MultiMist isn't charging, what should I do?

Check for solid white light while charging. Try another USB-C cable or adapter. If it persists, contact support with a video.

Is my MultiMist water resistant?

No. Keep the capsule holder and USB-C port dry.

Capsules & formulations

Why do you use capsules instead of refill bottles?

Airtight capsules protect ingredients from oxygen, light, and bacteria to keep formulas fresh and potent.

Can I save the unused liquid in my capsule for later use?

Yes. The capsule reseals when removed and can be used for multiple applications.

How should I store my capsules?

Remove from the device. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The silicone stopper keeps it sealed.

What are your capsules made of?

100% recycled polypropylene (PP) plastic.

How do I recycle my used capsules?

Recycle as plastic at your nearest recycling station.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan & cruelty free. We test on human only.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Due to the natural ingredients, including 100% DHA, our products can be
used on skin disorders such as eczema, however if you’re prone to skin
sensitivity we always recommend doing a patch test on the skin first.

Where are your products being produced?

Sweden and USA.

Do your products expire?

Skincare lasts up to 3 years. Self tan lasts up to 10 months. Check packaging for exact date.

Do you use fragrance?

Yes. Allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

What do the formulas feel like?

Lightweight and quickly absorbed. No sticky residue.

Are your products suitable for all ages?

Suitable for all ages and skin types. Recommended minimum age is 15.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your preferred capsule and delivery frequency. 20% discount. Cancel anytime.

Can I cancel my subscriptions anytime?

Yes. Cancel in your account under Subscription Settings.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Manage through your online account. You can cancel, change next refill date, or delivery frequency.

How do I add a discount code to my subscription?

In your account, open Discount Code. Not all discounts apply to subscription refills.

How do I change my address on my account?

Login. Go to Addresses. Add, edit, or delete an address. Optionally set as primary. Save and confirm next delivery date.

How do I add products to my existing subscription?

Login. Manage subscription. Manage this subscription/bundle. Select suggested items or browse products. Confirm quantity for next order and save.

How do I change how often my capsules are delivered?

Login. Manage subscriptions. Select the bundle. Update contents. Choose Frequency from the dropdown. Save.

How do I change the shipping date for my next capsule delivery?

Login. Manage subscriptions. Select the bundle. Use Skip to miss an order or Reschedule to delay by 1–2 weeks or pick a date. Save.

How do I change the capsules on my subscription?

Login. Manage subscriptions. Manage this bundle. Update contents. Use - and + toggles to select capsules. Save.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Login. Manage subscription. Manage bundle. Scroll down and select Cancel subscription. Choose a reason and confirm. It will appear under inactive subscriptions.

True Tan

What are the active ingredients in True Tan and how does it work?

Dihydroxyacetone and Erythrulose react with the skin to create a natural-looking tan. Made with 100% natural DHA.

When will I start to see results?

A few hours. Fully developed in 24 hours.

How long will the result last?

Up to 7 days.

Can I use True Tan on my body?

Designed for face but can be used on the body.

How long do I need to wait for True Tan to dry and when can I apply other products?

Wait 5–10 minutes before applying other products.

How do I prepare my skin for the best possible result?

Exfoliate 24 hours before and ensure skin is clean and dry.

Why do you only have one formula for self tan?

The formula suits all skin types and tones, so you can use it year-round – simply adjust your spray time to control the depth of your tan.

Can I use True Tan when I’m pregnant?

Yes. Avoid the breast area during breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you have concerns.

Does True Tan work with beard?

Yes. It can be used over facial hair.

Will the self tan protect me from UV exposure?

No, our self tan will not protect you from UV
exposure. Please ensure you use SPF on top of your self tan when skin is exposed to the sun.

Supreme Serum

What does the Supreme Serum do?

Restores moisture, softens and nourishes skin, and supports a healthy microbiome.

When should I apply Supreme Serum?

After cleansing morning and/or evening. For dry skin, use every evening for 7 days (about 20 seconds each time), then 2–3 evenings per week as needed.

Can I use other serums or products with Supreme Serum?

Yes. Formulated to work with other serums and creams.

Is Supreme Serum scented?

Yes. Light fig fragrance. Allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

Is it normal if my skin becomes red after using the Supreme Serum?

Slight redness can be normal due to active ingredients. If irritation persists, stop use and consult a dermatologist.

Does the Supreme Serum work for all skin types?

Yes.

Multi Essence

What does the Multi Essence do?

Hydrates, improves texture, reduces redness, refines pores, and offers blue light protection.

When should I apply Multi Essence?

Mornings and evenings, and also throughout the day as needed.

Can I use other serums or products with Multi Essence?

Yes. Designed to interact with other serums and creams.

Is Multi Essence scented?

Yes. Light fig fragrance. Allergy-tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

Does the Multi Essence work for all skin types?

Yes.

Uniform-C Serum

What does the Uniform-C Serum do?

Gentle vitamin C serum that improves texture, reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation, protects against UV damage, and balances moisture.

When should I apply Uniform-C Serum?

Every morning after cleansing and before sunscreen.

Can I use other serums or products with Uniform-C Serum?

Yes. Use on alternate days or pair with another serum in the evening. Test individually at first.

Will the effectiveness of the Uniform-C Serum be reduced if I mix it with other capsules?

No. It is formulated to complement ingredients in other capsules.
