To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

  • The money-back guarantee is only eligible for the Starter Set.
  • You have 30 days to return the Starter Set from the date you have received it.
  • Only purchases made on our website are eligible for return. Should you have purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact them for further information.
  • The guarantee is only valid one time per customer. If you have made a return with the 30 days money-back guarantee before, we have the right to decline the return.
  • Kindly note that you are subject for the shipping expenses in returning the package to us. COMIS does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Return conditions

  • The MultiMist device must be in fully working and sellable condition.
  • All parts of the Starter Set (device, charger, headband) must be returned.
  • Capsule must be removed from the device and stored separately.
  • The device must be cleaned before return, follow our maintenance instructions here.
  • If the returned device is damaged, incomplete, or not functioning, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

Process
Please contact our customer care here, with the subject line “Money-Back Guarantee” and include the following:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Detailed reason for return

Please ensure that the detailed user guide and our how to use is thoroughly read and understood. If the MultiMist device and capsules have not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

Policy

  • We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
  • Once your returning package has been received at our office, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that campaigns and holidays can delay the processing of your return slightly.
  • Make sure the products are clean and undamaged. Goods must be returned inside the original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods, COMIS will verify that all conditions applicable to the money-back-guarantee are fulfilled.
