Select Try for 7 days. We place a temporary hold on your card, but you won't be charged unless you decide to keep it.

02. Try it at home
You have 7 days from delivery to try the device and all capsules.

03. Return or keep
Not for you? Send it back. Keep it, we will charge when your trail ends

HOW TO USE

01. Insert capsule

Cleanse your face & neck, insert the capsule into the device and close the lid.

02. Mist

Multi Essence: Mist your face & neck morning and/or evening for about 5 seconds. It can also be used throughout the day for hydration, glow and screen light protection.

Serums: Mist your face & neck morning and/or evening for about 5 seconds. Let it soak in.

True Tan: Keep a distance of approx 30 cm from your face and mist your face & neck for 10–50 seconds, the longer you mist the stronger the result.

03. Moisturise

Finish with moisturiser to seal in the treatment.

FAQ

Can I try all capsules during the trial?

Yes! All 4 sample capsules in the Discovery Set plus the cleansing drops are yours to try. Please return the device, charging cable, headband, and any unused capsules in the original packaging.

Why do I see an authorisation on my card?

You will see a temporary hold on your card, but don't worry. You will only be charged for if you decide to keep the Starter Set.

Why has my card been re-authorised after I started a return?

Some banks limit how long an authorisation is valid. If your return is still processing when the hold expires, your card may be re-authorised shortly.

My trial ended and I was charged, can I still return something?

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns after the 7-day trial period ends.

If I decide not to keep my Starter Set, how do I proceed?

Before sending your Starter Set back, please follow these steps:

  • Gently clean the device using 1–2 drops of the cleaning solution and a damp cloth.
  • Ensure the device is clean, in full working order, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • You do not need to return used capsules or cleansing drops.
  • Please include all original items: the device, charging cable, and headband in the original packaging.
  • Items returned incomplete, damaged, or non-functional may be subject to a charge.

To begin the return process, reach out to us via our contact form and use the subject line “Trial return”. This must be done within your 7-day trial period.

What happens after the return has been processed?

Once your return has been completed, a fee of 200 kr / 20 EUR / 20 USD will be applied to cover return shipping and service handling.

How do I change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account. On the ‘Subscription Settings’ page, you can update your product, add items, change your next delivery date or frequency, or cancel your subscription anytime.
